Full body workout are one of the best exercises for muscle growth. Maximum of us prefer to get maximum results in the minimum amount of time. While isolation exercises are great for bodybuilding trying to gain massive size, they are not necessarily the most efficient workouts or the best choice for the typical exerciser looking to get in the best shape in a limited amount of time.full body exercises make you more functionally fit, even they will also work more muscles at one time and burn more calories while doing it.

1.Bur-pees:

Begin in a squat position with hands on the floor in front of you. Kick your feet back to a push-up position. Then immediately return your feet to the squat position. Lean up as high as possible from the squat position.

The bur-pees is a full body strength training exercises and the ultimate example of functional fitness. With every rep, you will work your arms, chest, lower body and core. After a few sets of  bur-pees, your legs should feel pretty exhausted.

2.Squats:

Stand straight with feet hip-width apart. Stand with your feet apart, directly under your hips, and place your hands on your hips. Now tighten your stomach muscles and lower down as if sitting. Straighten your legs and repeat the movement.

The most obvious benefit of squats is building your leg muscles- quadriceps, hamstrings, and calves. These drills also create an anabolic environment, which promotes body-wide muscle building, improving muscle mass. Squats and all of their variations are a great workout for the full body.

3.Pull Ups:

Grab the pull-up bar with your palms down width shoulder-width grip. Hang to the pull-up bar with straight arms and your legs off the floor. Pull yourself up by pulling your elbows down to the floor. Go all way up until your chin passes the bar. Lower yourself until your arms are straight.

This workout involves a large number of big and small muscles, most notably your lats and biceps. In addition to work multiple muscles at the same time, the pull up is also a multi-joint movement.

4.Step ups:

Stand in front of an elevated surface, pulling your shoulders back and keeping your abs tight. Set your left leg onto the surface, and then step to top of the surface making sure your feet are flat. Step back down with the same leg, and then repeat with your right leg.

This movement helps your body to burn calories. It also works on your abs, arms which keep the heart rate high. Mostly it helps leg muscles.

5.Push Ups:

Start in a high plank position with your hands flat on the ground about shoulder-width apart. Keep wrists under shoulders. Place your hands on a towel. Keeping your body in one long time, bend your arms and lower yourself as close to the ground as you can. Push back up to start.

It is beneficial for building upper body. It works the triceps, pectoral muscles, and shoulders. It also strengthens the lower back as well. This movement is a fast and effective exercise for building strength.

6.Dips:

Grab the parallel bars and jump up, straighten your arms. Lower your body by bending your arms while leaning forward. Dip down until your shoulders are below your elbows. Lift your body up by straightening your arms. Lock your elbows at the top.

It mostly targets chest. During dips, your upper body is not supported by the bench and your feet are off the ground. It requires more stabilizing and activates more muscles groups.

7.Kettlebell Swings:

Stand with your legs hip-width apart, holding a kettle bell between them. Allow the kettle bell to swing slightly behind your legs, then propel your hips forward, bringing the kettle bell straight over the head. Keep your eyes on the kettle bell and point it straight up for slightly forward. Pull the kettle bell down from the sky and repeat.

This workout is initiated with a powerful hip thrust using your glutes and hamstring muscles. It increases muscular endurance, aerobic capacity and anaerobic capacity.
