1.Warrior 2 or Virabhadrasana 2:

Stand straight with your legs hip distance apart and arms on your sides Now, spread your legs wide apart.

Turn your right feet out to face the right side of the mat. The other feet will turn inward to make a forty five degree angle.

Do not twist your body, keep it in the centre, facing the front. Now, go forward on your right knee making a ninty degree angle, make sure your knee does not cross over the toe.

Turn your neck right and look right. Let the other leg stretch properly. Bring your arms parallel to the floor, stretched wide apart. Hold for ten seconds and repeat on the opposite side.

2.Triangle or Trikonasana:

Stand upright and place your legs about three and a half to four feet apart. Place your right foot outside at ninty degrees and the left foot at fifteen degrees.

Align the centre of your right heel with the centre of the left foot. Your feet should press the ground and the weight of your body should be balancing equally on both feet.

Now, take a deep breath, and as you exhale, bend your body to the right from below your hips, ensuring your waist is straight. Lift your left hand up and let the other hand touch the mat. Both your arms should from a straight line.

Rest your right hand on your shin, ankle, or outside the right foot on the mat. Do not distort the sides of your waist.

Your left arm should be stretched out towards the ceiling and in line with the top of your shoulder.

Let your head sit in a neutral position or turn it to the left, with your gaze set on your left palm.

Your body should be bent sideways, and not backward or forward. Your chest and pelvis should be wide open. Stretch to the fullest, and focus on stabilizing your body.

Take long deep breaths. With every exhalation, try and relax your body more. Inhale and come up.

Drop your arms to your side and straighten your feet. Repeat the same using left leg.

3.Upward Plank or Purvottanasana: 

Place your hands behind your hips, such that your fingertips are pointing towards your feet. Bend your knees, placing your feet on the floor. Your feet must be hip-width apart.

Now, exhale and press your hands and feet firmly on the mat to lift your hips such that they are in the same line as your shoulders.

Your arms must be straightened out. Lift your chest up and allow your shoulders to roll onto your back. Let your head hang behind you. Now, hold this pose for as long as you are comfortable, and then, release the pose.

4.The boat pose
